This is Elias Copperfield who works with Dr. Ferdinand Speedway in tracking the storm anomalies for S.A.N.D (Searchers Among Nomadic Dunes). They work with many other colleagues mapping and tracking where the sky is different colors and the clouds are unique in hopes to find any clues to where the lost city entrance is. They usually find many artifacts when these storms happen and Elias being an Emu can run the artifacts back to camp extremely fast before it starts to rain and they are ruined.
