This is Cyrus Davenport who works closely with Elias Copperfield and both work with Dr. Ferdinand Speedway in tracking the storm anomalies for S.A.N.D (Searchers Among Nomadic Dunes). They work with many other colleagues mapping and tracking where the sky is different colors and the clouds are unique in hopes to find any clues to where the lost city entrance is. They usually find many artifacts when these storms happen and Cyrus being an Ostrich can run the artifacts back to camp extremely fast before it starts to rain and they are ruined. Cyrus is an old grouch until he has had his coffee. You do not want to be around Elias and Cyrus before they have completely woken up.
